Mission:

The Commercial Community Kitchen working group came about because it became clear that many people in this community need access to a commercial kitchen so they can make value added products, start up a food business and have a place to prep for catering! This type of establishment has the potential to decrease food waste, increase food access, increase revenue for farmers and provide a place for people to start the food business they have always dreamed of.
